“Cha Cha’s Angels”
joined together in 2003 to pitch in and rebuild the orphanage to be a better
environment for the boys living there. Cha Cha’s Café has the orphanage’s,
Book of Projects that are open for donations on file at her restaurant in
the Popotla area of Rosarito.
This gives people the
opportunity to select where exactly they want their money to go. Each donation
goes specifically to the project that the donor has personally selected and a
detailed budget is shown for each project.
Should a project come
in under budget, the excess funds will be returned to them in full, or put in
another project of their choice.
